§ 1-3-3-14 — Effectiveness of recommendation
Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 3 STATE BOUNDARIES·Ch. 3 Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission
A commission recommendation to adjust the boundary between the State of Indiana and the State of Illinois does not take effect until approved by all of the following:
(1)The general assembly.
(2)The legislature of the State of Illinois.
(3)The Congress of the United States.
