§ 1-3-3-13 — Report

Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 3 STATE BOUNDARIES·Ch. 3 Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission

Not later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the commission's duties under this chapter, the commission shall submit a written report to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. The report must state the following:

(1)A summary of the commission's work performed under this chapter.

(2)The commission's recommendations, including any legislation recommended by the commission.
