§ 1-1-16-8 — Assessment and designation of threat to critical infrastructure

(a)The governor may, at any time, consult with
the council to assess a threat to critical infrastructure.
(b)The governor may, at any time, and in consultation with the
executive director of the department of homeland security appointed
under IC 10-19-3-1, designate a country as a threat to critical
infrastructure.
