§ 1-1-16-6 — "Prohibited person"
Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 1 LAWS GOVERNING THE STATE·Ch. 16 Critical Infrastructure: Prohibited Contracts and Land
As used in this chapter, "prohibited person" means either of the following:
(1)An individual who is a citizen of China, Iran, North Korea,
Russia, or a country designated as a threat to critical infrastructure
by the governor under section 8(b) of this chapter.
(2)A company described in section 9(a)(2) of this chapter.
