§ 1-1-16-5 — "Military installation"
Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 1 LAWS GOVERNING THE STATE·Ch. 16 Critical Infrastructure: Prohibited Contracts and Land
(a)As used in this chapter, "military
installation" means:
(1)a military installation as defined in 10 U.S.C. 2801(c)(4); or
(2)an armory (as defined in IC 10-16-1-2.5).
(b)The term includes a military base described in IC 36-7-34-3.
