§ 1-1-16-4 — "Cybersecurity system"
Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 1 LAWS GOVERNING THE STATE·Ch. 16 Critical Infrastructure: Prohibited Contracts and Land
As used in this chapter, "cybersecurity system" means a system designed to protect any:
(1)computer;
(2)computer network;
(3)computer system; or
(4)other technology infrastructure;
against unauthorized use or access.
