§ 1-1-15-4 — Prohibited granting or use of appropriations
Indiana·Title 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Art. 1 LAWS GOVERNING THE STATE·Ch. 15 Prohibited Technology Purchases
Money appropriated by the general assembly or a political subdivision may not be granted to or used to purchase or obtain any:
(1)equipment or services produced or provided by a prohibited
person; or
(2)covered communications equipment or service.
