The Honor and Remember flag may be displayed at:
(1)each state office building;
(2)the Indiana state veterans' cemetery established by IC 10-17-11-4; and
(3)each veterans cemetery managed by the Indiana department of
veterans' affairs;
and at all levels of government during the entire month of May
annually.
