Benefits shall be paid promptly in accordance with a claims adjudicator's finding and determination, or reconsidered finding or reconsidered determination, or the decision of a Referee, the Board of Review or a reviewing court, upon the issuance of such finding and determination, reconsidered finding, reconsidered determination or decision, regardless of the pendency of the period to apply for reconsideration, file an appeal, or file a complaint for judicial review, or the pendency of any such application or filing, unless and until such finding, determination, reconsidered finding, reconsidered determination or decision has been modified or reversed by a subsequent reconsidered finding or reconsidered determination or decision, in which event benefits shall be paid or denied with respect
