§ 8-110 — Publication of opinions

Decisions of the Commission or panels thereof, whether on requests for review or complaints, shall be made available on the Commission's website and to online legal research companies within 14 calendar days after publication by the Commission as required by subsection (J) of Section 8-102. Published decisions shall be subject to the Personal Information Protection Act.
