Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 775 HUMAN RIGHTS·Act 775 ILCS 15/ Illinois Blacklist Trade Law.
If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid application or provision, and to this end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
