§ 65 — Appointment period

Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 775 HUMAN RIGHTS·Act 775 ILCS 40/ Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission Act.
The initial members of the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission shall be appointed not later than 3 months after the effective date of this Act. No claims of torture may be filed with the Commission until a quorum of members have been appointed.
