§ 2 — Purpose
Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 750 FAMILIES·Act 750 ILCS 25/ Expedited Child Support Act of 1990.
It is the express public policy of this State to ensure the expeditious establishment, enforcement and modification of child support orders and to ensure the expeditious establishment of parentage.
