§ 20b — Time limit for relief from final judgment or order

Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 750 FAMILIES·Act 750 ILCS 50/ Adoption Act.
A petition for relief from a final order or judgment entered in a proceeding under this Act, after 30 days from the entry thereof under the provisions of Sec. 2-1401 of the Code of Civil Procedure or otherwise, must be filed not later than one year after the entry of the order or judgment.
