§ 15-75 — Conflicting annexations
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 75 LIBRARIES·Act 75 ILCS 16/ Public Library District Act of 1991.·Art. Article 15 - Addition Or Disconnection Of Territory
If 2 or more districts under Sections 15-5 through 15-70 adopt ordinances on the same date annexing the same territory, the conflict in the annexation shall be decided by the State Librarian with the advice of the Illinois State Library Advisory Committee.
