Text
At the hearing, the petitioners shall present proof of the notice of the hearing and the matters set forth in the petition to the judge assigned to the case. All persons residing within the proposed district shall have a reasonable opportunity to be heard regarding the boundaries of the proposed district and to make suggestions regarding the boundaries.
