Text
In determining whether an applicant is entitled to compensation, the Attorney General and Court of Claims shall consider the facts stated in the application and other material and information. However, the Attorney General and Court of Claims need not consider whether the alleged assailant has been apprehended. In reviewing a determination by the Attorney General, the Court of Claims shall consider the facts stated in the application and other material and information submitted and the report of the Attorney General.
