(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.6) Sec. 25-7-103.6. Quick-take; Southwestern Illinois Development Authority purposes. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after May 24, 1996, by the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority pursuant to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority Act.
