(a)Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly by the Village of Deer Park for the acquisition of the following described property for the purpose of a permanent Village utility easement for the transmission of potable water: Part of 14-34-100-012, 20820 N.
