Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of no more than one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly by the Village of Lake in the Hills for the acquisition of the following described property for runway purposes at the Lake in the Hills Airport: PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 43 NORTH, RANGE 8, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER, THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER, 1144.93 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 00 DEGREES 37 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER, 105.12 FEET TO THE SOUTH
