(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.42) Sec. 25-7-103.42. Quick-take; Village of Deerfield. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after June 21, 1996, by the Village of Deerfield for the acquisition of territory within the Deerfield Village Center, as designated as of that date by the Deerfield Comprehensive Plan, with the exception of that area north of Jewett Park Drive (extended) between Waukegan Road and the Milwaukee Railroad Tracks, for redevelopment purposes.
