(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.37) Sec. 25-7-103.37. Quick-take; 135th Street Bridge Project. (a) Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after July 14, 1995, by the Village of Romeoville for the acquisition of rights-of-way for the 135th Street Bridge Project, lying within the South 1/2 of Section 34, Township 37 North, Range 10 East and the South 1/2 of Section 35, Township 37 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, and the North 1/2 of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 10 East and the North 1/2 of Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois. (b) Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after June 23, 1995, by the Illinois Department of Transportation for the acquisition of rights-of-way for the 135th Street Bridge Project between the Des Plaines River and New Avenue lying within the South 1/2 of Section 35, Township 37 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian and the North 1/2 of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois.
