(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.35) Sec. 25-7-103.35. Quick-take; Indian Creek Flood Control Project.
(a)Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after July 14, 1995, by the City of Aurora for permanent and temporary easements except over land adjacent to Indian Creek and west of Selmarten Creek located within the City of Aurora for the construction of Phase II of the Indian Creek Flood Control Project.
(b)Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period beginning June 24, 1995 (the day following the effective date of Public Act 89-29) and ending on July 13, 1995 (the day preceding the effective date of Public Act 89-134), by the City of Aurora for permanent and temporary easements for the construction of Phase II of the Indian Creek Flood Contro
