(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.29) Sec. 25-7-103.29. Quick-take; Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year from the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1992, by the Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority for airport expansion purposes.
