Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 12 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly by the Village of Skokie for the acquisition of property for the purpose of open space and the development of a park as follows: 8148 Lincoln Avenue Index Numbers (PINS): 10-21-409-002-0000 and 10-21-409-003-0000 Lot 2 and the North 1/2 of Lot 3 in the Subdivision of Lot 28 in the Subdivision of the South 105 acres of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. 8158 Lincoln Avenue Index Number (PIN) 10-21-409-001-0000 Lot 1 in the Subdivision of Lot 28 in the Subdivision of the South 105 acres of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
