(was 735 ILCS 5/7-103.108) Sec. 25-7-103.108. Quick-take; Governors' Parkway Project. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly by Madison County for the acquisition of property necessary for the construction of Governors' Parkway between Illinois Route 159 and Illinois 143.
