§ 25-5-40 — Quick-take; Will County

Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly by Will County for the acquisition of property to be used for the reconstruction of the Weber Road (County Highway 88) and Renwick Road (County Highway 36) intersection, as follows: PARCEL 0001 The east 30.00 feet of that part of Lot 6 in McGilvray Acres, being a subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded December 15, 1965, as Document No. R65-11631, lying southerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of Lot 6, said point being 110.00 feet south of the north line of said lot; thence so
