§ 25-5-20 — Quick-take; City of Champaign

Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of no more than one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly by the City of Champaign for the acquisition of the following properties for the purpose of drainage and other improvements related to the Boneyard Creek Project, including right of way, permanent easements, and temporary easements: Parcel A - (PIN 46-21-07-351-014) 112 East Clark Street Lot 12 in Block 1 of Campbell and Kirkpatrick's Addition to Urbana, now a part of the City of Champaign, as per Plat recorded in Deed Record "E" at Page 352, situated in Champaign County, Illinois.
