Every practitioner and person who is required under this Act to be registered to manufacture, distribute or dispense controlled substances or purchase, store, or administer euthanasia drugs under this Act shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the recordkeeping and inventory requirements of the laws of the United States and with any additional rules and forms issued by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
