Text
The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall promulgate rules and charge reasonable fees and fines relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances within this State. The Department shall request a contact email address in its application for a new or renewed license to dispense controlled substances. All moneys received by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation under this Act shall be deposited into the respective professional dedicated funds in like manner as the primary professional licenses. A pharmacy, manufacturer of controlled substances, or wholesale distributor of controlled substances that is regulated under this Act and owned and operated by the State is exempt from fees required
