The Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts shall study the fiscal impact of the implementation of Public Act 90-590 (the Juvenile Justice Reform Provisions of 1998) which is under its authority and submit a report of that study to the General Assembly within 12 months after the enactment of that Act. The Administrative Office may, in addition to other requests, make a request for funding of the implementation of that Act.
