Text
Any referendum required under Sections 280-40 and 280-45 shall be certified by the Board to the proper election officials, who shall conduct the referendum in accordance with the general election law. The returns shall be filed with the secretary of the Board and shall be canvassed and the results ascertained by the Board and entered upon the records of the Authority.
