§ 280 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1997, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tract of land that is annexed to the District: THAT PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST: THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 26 SECONDS EAST (ON AN ASSUMED BEARING) A DISTANCE OF 33.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALSO BEING THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SHOE FACTORY ROAD; THENCE THE FOLLOWING TWO COURSES AND DISTANCES ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE (1) THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 403.88 FEET
