Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1996, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, formerly known as the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago and as the Sanitary District of Chicago, are extended to include the following described tracts and those tracts are annexed to the District:

(1)THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. ALSO THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN (EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PART LYING WITHIN BURNSIDE'S LAKEWOOD MANOR UNIT NO. 14 AS RECORDED ON NOVEMBER 22, 1976 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 24732808) ALL IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
