§ 271 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1998, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land that are annexed to the District: Parcel No. 1 Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Thirty-five, Township Forty-two North, Range 9 East, of the 3rd Principal Meridian, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter, said point being the Northwest corner of the Midlands at South Barrington, being a subdivision in the South Quarter of Section Thirty-five, Township Forty-two North, Range 9 East, of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, pursuant to a Plat of Subdivision recorded as Torrens Document 3982231, and record
