As of January 1, 1993, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the District the following territory situated in Cook County, Illinois, and that territory is annexed to the District: THAT PART OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, AND THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 20.04 CHAINS OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 33; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 34 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 33, 1322.64 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST
