As of the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1996, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the following described tracts which are hereby annexed to the District: The West 50 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian; and The South 70 feet of the West 50 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian; and The South 50 feet of the East 662.27 feet of the North 1/2 of Section 20, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian; and The South 70 feet of the North 1/2 of Section 20, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, except the East 6
