§ 277 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land that are annexed to the District:

(a)SUBJECT PARCEL: THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: ORIGINAL PARCEL 1: THAT PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING EASTERLY OF THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RELOCATED BARRINGTON ROAD, AS DEDICATED BY DOCUMENT NUMBER 11234368, AND LYING SOUTH OF LOT 1 IN ROSE PACKING COMPANY SUBDIVISION, BE
