As of the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1995, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within those corporate limits the following territory and tracts of land situated in Cook County, Illinois: LOTS 1 THROUGH 12 AND ALL RIGHT-OF-WAY, BOTH INCLUSIVE IN CASTLE WOODS ESTATE, A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOT 18 IN COUNTY CLERK'S DIVISION IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE COUNTY OF COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS. OF THAT PART OF LOT 18 IN COUNTY CLERK'S DIVISION OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 18 IN THE CENTER OF HIGHWAY: THENCE SOUTH
