(a)Upon August 14, 1992, and subject to the other provisions of this Section, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, formerly known as the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago and as the Sanitary District of Chicago, are extended to include the following described tracts, and those tracts are annexed to the District: The North 495.00 feet (Except the west 880.00 feet thereof) of the east 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian (excepting from the above described tract, the west 150 feet of the north 290.40 feet therefore); in Cook County, Illinois; and also that part of Harrison Street lying east of and adjacent to aforementioned parcel, also The west 150 feet of
