§ 198 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of August 7, 1969, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, described as follows: The east 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. The west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. The west 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of the 3rd Principal Meridian, except that part taken for relocated Barrington Road and except that part thereof described as: commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 36; the
