As of August 7, 1969, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, described as follows: The east 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. The west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. The west 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 42 north, Range 9 east of the 3rd Principal Meridian, except that part taken for relocated Barrington Road and except that part thereof described as: commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 36; thence northerly along the west line of said Section A distance of 168.32 ft. to a point; thence turning an angle right of 123.21 ft. with the last described line extended and running southeasterly a distance of 306.17 ft. to a point on the south line of Section 36; thence westerly along the south line a distance of 255.76 ft. to the point of beginning, Cook County, Illinois. The South East quarter of the South West quarter excepting therefrom the following tracts of land: The East 33 feet of the South East quarter of the South West quarter of said Section 36, Township 42 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian. That part of the South East quarter of the South West quarter of said Section 36, Township 42 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at a point 33 feet West of the South East corner of the South West quarter of said Section 36; thence West on the South line of the said South West quarter of Section 36, 208 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of the South West quarter of said Section 36, 208 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of the South West quarter of Section 36, 208 feet to a point 33 feet West of the East line of the South West quarter of said Section 36; thence South on a line parallel with and 33 feet West of the East line of said South West quarter of said Section 36, 208 feet to the place of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois. The South East quarter of the North East quarter and the East Half of the South East quarter and the South West quarter of the South East quarter (except therefrom 5 acres in the North West corner thereof conveyed to J. Frederick Burk by deed recorded January 25, 1860 in Book 192, page 146) in Section 36, Township 42 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. The South 1985 feet of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter; also the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 21, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
