§ 196 — District enlarged
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of September 5, 1967, the corporate limits of The Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory situated in Palatine Township, County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: That part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 42 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of the centerline of Algonquin Road (Route 62), as now platted and recorded.
