§ 194 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
As of September 1, 1967, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook and the State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The North Half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois; and The North 40 rods of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (except the east 66.0 feet thereof) of Section 5, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois; and Lot "F" (except that part described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence West 175 feet along the
