§ 9-2-124

Any assessment and all installments, the time for collection of which has been extended, shall continue to be a lien on the land assessed the same as in the original assessment and the refunding securities issued under the provisions of Section 9-2-120 through 9-2-124 shall be payable therefrom. Whenever the refunding of securities and the extending of the time of the payment of assessments or installments thereof include assessments or installments past due and these assessments or installments or any part thereof have been returned delinquent, withdrawn, or forfeited as provided by law, the court, in the order extending the time of payment and authorizing the refunding of the securities, shall order the county collector to withdraw those assessments or installments from the delinquent li
