Text

If the corporate authorities have not created an unclaimed rebate fund, the treasurer shall transfer to the general fund of the municipality, in trust, any funds which the court of record may order paid to such treasurer. Subject to the provisions of Section 9-1-14, the funds may be used as provided in Sections 9-1-9 and 9-1-10.
