Any person entitled to any unclaimed sum of money paid into the general fund of a municipality, in trust, under the provisions of Sections 9-1-12 or 9-1-13 must apply or make claim, or commence action for the repayment thereof in the manner and within the time set forth in Sections 9-1-5 through 9-1-10.
