§ 9-2-123

Accompanying the petition there shall be filed an assessment roll setting forth a description of the lots, blocks, tracts, and parcels of land assessed in the original proceeding, the total amount of the unpaid installments, and the interest thereon proposed to be extended against each tract, the amount, number and due date of each installment of the proposed extended assessment. The assessment as extended shall be collected in the same manner as the original assessment. When this petition is filed it shall be presented to the court and if found to be in proper form the court shall set the petition for hearing at such date as will enable the clerk of the court to give at least 10 days' notice of the hearing thereon, and it is the duty of the clerk to publish a notice at least twice, not mo
