§ 3.1-25-55 — General election; election contests

All general municipal elections under Sections 3.1-25-20 through 3.1-25-50 shall be held, conducted, and contested under the general election law, except that the contest of the election of president and trustees shall be conducted in the circuit court and the board of trustees shall not be the judge of the election and qualification of its members.
