§ 3.1-10-25 — Oath or affirmation

Before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, all municipal officers, whether elected or appointed, shall take and subscribe the oath or affirmation required by the Illinois Constitution. The subscribed oath or affirmation shall be filed in the office of the municipal clerk.
