§ 3.1-10-70 — Elections for reduced 2 year terms

In municipalities that have provided for a 2 year term for elective officers under Section 3.1-10-65, the first election for municipal officers shall be held at the next general municipal election following the referendum at which the terms of the elective officers were reduced. In those municipalities, general elections shall be held annually thereafter.
